Our sessions are based on the principals of making training fun but beneficial. Older athletes are able to move into the main club and when asked we offer assessments and advice to help find a suitable group for each athletes likes and abilities.


We are 100% Athlete Focused!

Why not try out our fun middle distance running course, open to all aged 8 to 15.


After just 6 weeks we aim for you to be able to run for 1 mile or for 15 minutes, in addition to having improved running technique and agility.
